GLENN P. McNAMEE joined Feder, Connick & Goldstein, P.L.L.C. as an associate in 1997.
Thereafter he continued as an associate at the Law Offices of Charles X. Connick, P.L.L.C. where he
became a partner in 2006 and continues in such position now at Connick, Myers, McNamee & Fitzgerald,
P.L.L.C. Mr. McNamee attended Chaminade High School in Mineola and thereafter received his
undergraduate degree from Hofstra University in 1994. He attended Hofstra University School of Law
and obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1997. In 1998 Mr. McNamee was admitted to practice for the Courts
of the State of New York. He is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of New York.
In addition to being the managing attorney of the firm, Mr. McNamee is responsible for a wide variety of
cases including medical malpractice, legal malpractice, chiropractic malpractice, and veterinary
malpractice as well as cases involving issues of products liability, labor law, construction accidents,
premises liability and catastrophic injury cases. Mr. McNamee has defended businesses, hospitals,
municipalities and the State of New York in negligence actions. He handles all aspects of such cases from
inception through discovery, and depositions and trial as well as any associated appeals. Mr. McNamee
authored briefs and argued appeals in the various Appellate Divisions and Appellate Term Courts
throughout the State of New York.
Mr. McNamee is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association,
and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. Mr. McNamee is also a member of the Knights of
Columbus, Chaminade Lawyers Alumni Associations, and Hofstra Law Alumni Association. He has
served on the Board for the Cancer Center for Kids at Winthrop University Hospital Annual Golf Outing
for the last several years.
